Practice in consultive and litigious demands that involve Consumer Law, especially on the defense of the rights of manufacturers, suppliers, importers, and other legal entities that are part of the consumer relationship, formulating strategies to avoid liability before consumers.

We highlight the practice of the following acts in this area:

  • Attendance to consultations, meetings and drafting of technical opinions;
  • Drafting and revision of consumer contracts;
  • Presentation of clarifications and information requested by Administrative Authorities related to consumer protection;
  • Monitoring of complaints formulated by consumers before Administrative Authorities; and
  • Practice in judicial procedures, individual or collective, filed against companies, with presentation of defenses, attendance to hearings, monitoring of procedural acts and filing of applicable appeals.
